Detailed Itinerary
Arrive Bangalore– Nanjangud
The journey “Pride of Karnataka” indeed starts with the pride of south and the capital of Karnataka. This third largest city of India is, needless to say, ever-bustling and is bestowed with the Victorian architectural marvels and an all-year-round pleasant weather.
Guests arrive at Yeshvantpur Railway Station at around 0815 hrs.
Registration and Check in at Yashwantpur Railway Station from 0830 hrs onwards
Morning departure from Yeshvantpur Railway Station (09:45 hrs)
Lunch onboard as train arrives into Nanjangud (13:30 hrs)
Proceed to Bandipur Wildlife sanctuary at 14:45 hrs (1 hr 30 minutes drive)
Evening Safari (16:30 hrs to 18:30 hrs)
Return to train by 20:15 hrs. and dinner onboard as train proceeds to Mysore.

Mysore
On your second day of the trip, after having breakfast on the train you will visit the Mysore Palace. Enjoy the majestic beauty of this enchanting places. After the sightseeing tour of Mysore Palace, return to the train and enjoy lunch aboard. In the evening you can visit the Srirangapatnam which is an option.

People who wish to relax may stay back other may like to take an optional visit ( paid directly ) to Srirangapatnam ( this is an optional visit )
Dinner onboard as train proceeds to Banavar (20:00 hrs), watering and fuelling
Overnight Stay in Golden Chariot Train – Pride of Karnataka
Halebidu and Chikamgaluru
Enjoy the scrumptious breakfast on board. Explore the Halebidu and then proceed to the Chikmagalur for the onward journey. After having lunch on the train, you will proceed for the coffee plantation tour and then move back to the train.

Lunch onboard as train proceeds to Chikmagalur
Evening visit to Coffee Plantation followed by cultural activities and dinner at Chikmagalur
Return to train as it proceeds to Hospet.

Hospet
The architectural marvel awaits you in Hampi. This is a dreamy land with a tinge of beige and rocks strewn in the landscape. This day you will first visit the best sites of Hampi, like the Vijayvithala Temple in Hampi with a brilliant stone chariot from which the Golden Chariot itself is inspired. The sunset view from the banks of Tungabhadra River is enchanting and rejuvenating, after this you will hop aboard and have dinner.

Goa
Savor the existence of youthfulness in your soul, lose yourselves in the vigorous beaches of Goa and tap your feet to the Goan music. On your Fifth day of the trip, you will visit Goa and go sight-seeing to the best churches and beaches.
Arrive Karmali.
Post breakfast, visit the churches of North Goa. Deboard at 09:00 and return at 12:00 noon
Lunch onboard as train proceeds to Madgaon
Evening Gala Dinner activity at a hotel in South Goa
Train proceeds to Bengaluru. (22:30 hrs)

Arrive Bengaluru
